ProBleu is excited to announce its collaboration with European Schoolnet [eun.org], a leading organisation in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. European Schoolnet’s flagship initiative, Scientix [scientix.eu], serves as a community dedicated to advancing science education across Europe. Through Scientix, European Schoolnet provides valuable resources, activities, dissemination, and training on STEM education practices and projects to Ministries of Education and teachers across Europe and the world, fostering innovation in STEM teaching and learning.
This partnership will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of the Network of European Blue Schools and promoting ProBleu funding calls and outputs. By leveraging European Schoolnet’s extensive platform, ProBleu will engage more educators and schools throughout Europe and its associated countries.
Keep an eye out for ProBleu’s participation in the 2025 Scientix STEM Discovery Campaign (SDC) [scientix.eu/campaigns/sdc], running from the 1st of February to the 30th of April 2025. The SDC is an international event organised annually by European Schoolnet, inviting educators, projects, organisations, libraries, schools, universities, youth clubs and all interested parties and actors across Europe and the world to celebrate careers and studies in STEM. Through this initiative, ProBleu aims to inspire more educational institutions to integrate ocean and water literacy into their STEM curricula, further promoting sustainable development and environmental awareness.
